Design Agreement
Most projects in this industry fail for the same reason: no one took the time to find out what the actual budget should be, and no one clearly communicated what doing the work to a lasting standard actually requires. Vague quotes produce vague results.
Before any project begins, we engage through a Design Agreement — a focused, on-site discovery process where we learn exactly what success looks like for your property. We ask the right questions, assess every variable and produce a detailed, line-item estimate with no hidden costs and no low-ball numbers designed to get the job.
The Design Agreement costs $3,500 and is fully credited against your project when you proceed. If you choose not to move forward, you keep the designs and the estimate.
